The Islander Keychain is great on its own or as a companion piece with any of the Orcas Island Leather products. The Islander Keychain DIY Leather Kit offers a great introduction into hand stitching.

Leather is a natural material which means it may have marks and/or variations in color and texture. This is normal and is part of the charm and beauty of leather. 

Our leather is precision cut on a laser, and there may be a small amount of char remaining on the edges and in the holes. This is normal, and if it’s excessive simply wipe with a dry towel.

This was a simple and fun DIY activity that produces a beautiful keychain. The videos were very clear and the keychain was a great introduction to their kits. The final product is very high quality and I can’t wait to use it!

Great kit to purchase to see if you enjoy leather stitching. I enjoyed making this keychain for my husband for Christmas. The leather is soft and supple, smells so good(!), and more than enough waxed thread to put it together included. Excellent gift as a kit or quick to make up and give!
